Your package will be shipped with German Post if your destination is outside of the EU. Within the EU our fulfillment center will chose the respective forwarder. Of course we try to process every order as soon as possible. Please note that delivery times abroad may vary. All our orders will be tracked and you can request the tracking number of your order by emailing us to shop@soltako-geneve.com.
We ship worldwide but reserve the right to exclude destinations if they do not allow an economic delivery from our point of view. These can be e.g. very inaccessible regions as well as countries in war or war-like conditions. If this should occur, you will be informed immediately and the full purchase price will be refunded within 7 days.
