Participation in the SOLTAKO-GENÈVE brand competition, hereinafter referred to as operator or organizer, is free of charge and is based exclusively on these conditions of participation.
Procedure of the competition
The competition lasts until 31 October 2019, 24:00. Until then, users have the opportunity to take part in the competition online.

In order to take part in the competition, it is necessary to fill out and submit the entry form displayed. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Submissions received after the closing date will not be considered for the draw.
Only one submitted registration per participant takes part in the competition. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple email addresses or names to increase the odds of winning.
The giveaway is not related to Facebook or Instagram.
Participation in the competition takes place within the framework of consent to the subscription to the SOLTAKO-CLUB newsletter and the transmission of the participant's e-mail address.
Eligible Participants
Natural persons who are resident in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein and who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.
If a participant is limited in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
All persons and employees of the operator involved in the conception and implementation of the competition as well as their family members are not entitled to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons, for example
(a) tampering in connection with access to or operation of the Promotion, (b) breach of these Terms and Conditions, (c) dishonest conduct, or (d) false or misleading information in connection with participation in the Promotion.
Prize, Notification and Delivery of Prize
1 limited black ELYSSA shopper from the SOLTAKO-GENÈVE brand will be raffled off among all participants.
The winners will be determined after the closing date for entries. Only those participants who have filled out the form truthfully and completely will be considered.
The winner will be notified by e-mail and informed of the next steps and the time when the prize will be handed over. Participants who unfortunately did not win will not be notified.
The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the minor winner. An exchange, a pickup and a cash payment of the prize are not possible. The operator will bear any costs incurred for sending the prize. A winner is not eligible to win multiple Shoppers.
Completion of the Sweepstakes
The organizer expressly reserves the right to end the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to provide personal data. The participant assures that the personal information provided by him is true and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties without their consent, nor will they be allowed to use them.
The participant can revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to info@soltako-geneve.com. After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.

The legal process is excluded.
Severability Clause
Should a provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of these Conditions of Participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these Conditions of Participation.
